Dubai Grand Parade 2014 Turns Up the Wow Factor as Registrations Soar
With more than a month to go until the Dubai Grand Parade 2014, the event organisers have revealed registrations for the citywide motoring extravaganza already exceed the total number of entries recorded for last year’s inaugural event.

With more than a month to go until the Dubai Grand Parade 2014, the event organisers have revealed registrations for the citywide motoring extravaganza already exceed the total number of entries recorded for last year’s inaugural event.
To date, hundreds of UAE-based owners of super, luxury, unique, classic and vintage cars and bikes have signed up for the Middle East’s largest motoring pageant, which takes place on Friday 28thNovember, 2014.
The Dubai Grand Parade, which is organised by Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), is one of the main attractions of the Dubai Motor Festival 2014 – organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Led by Dubai Police’s fleet of marquee supercars, the Dubai Grand Parade will weavethrough the city’s iconic streets and will see thousands of spectators cheer on the convoy as it navigatesa series of breathtaking landmarks in a stunning celebration of motoring passion, innovation, and magnificence.Starting and ending at Meydan, the Parade will assemble the widest collection of the most awe-inspiring cars and bikes in the UAE including ACCobras, Bugattis, Ferraris, McLarens, Lamborghinis, Rolls Royces, Bentleys, Aston Martins, Jaguars, classic Cadillacs, Harley Davidsons, Ducatis, Triumphs, and more. The Parade will also celebrate the UAE’s 43rdNational Day as it unifies the nation in a spirit of motoring.

Participation in the Dubai Grand Parade is open to anyone who owns a prized motor vehicle worthy of being showcased in the region’s largest procession of luxury and exotic automobiles. Participants can register to enter their rare, premium or super-luxury cars and bikes for the Dubai Grand Parade by visiting the event website (www.dubaigrandparade.com/register) and filling out an online application form or calling the hotline on 056 261 7714.
Registrations received are currently being vetted by a specialist committee, withall applicants due tobe notified whether their vehicle has been accepted by DWTC.With a strict limit on places for the Dubai Grand Parade, registration is open until 3PM on Thursday 6thNovember.
The Dubai Grand Parade is one of the flagship events of this year’s Dubai Motor Festival, which starts onWednesday19thNovemberand runs until 6th December.
As well as being the starting and ending point of the Parade, Meydan will host a specially designed Motoring Village during Dubai Motor Festival 2014, which will see the venue transform into a fascinating world of motorsport entertainment on the 28th of November, with an elaborate line-up of events and activities catering to the entire family.
