Ms Boullosa, who holds a degree in Business and Tourism from the Santiago de Compostela Universidad Galicia, Spain, brings with her more than 18 years of vast experience from various luxury five-star hotels, resorts and cruise ships in different parts of the world.

She has also served onboard cruise ships Regent Seven Seas Mariner, Silversea Cruises and Royal Caribbean International as Fleet Executive Housekeeper.
