Wall Street Exchange, an Emirates Post Group member and a leading Money Remittance Company in the UAE, has entered into an agreement with MBME CUBE, a renowned Abu Dhabi based KIOSK Company to provide money remittance service through its 750 plus multi service KIOSK’S installed across the UAE. The service is currently active and will offer customers more convenience and greater access to the money remittance services in the country.
According to Mr. Sultam Bin Kharsham, Managing Director of Wall Street Exchange, “Customer care and their convenience are one of our key priorities. The launch of the kiosk network is a testimony of our firm’s commitment to the stakeholders who have been keeping their faith in us”.
“This is also part of our expansion plans in which we are not only planning to expand to reach a wider customer base but also to offer new products to fast-track remittances as well as offer them value added products as part of our enhanced product offerings.” Added Mr. Bin Kharsham.
The KIOSK’S are strategically placed within shopping malls, hypermarkets, petrol stations and metro stations within the close proximity to the target customers across the length and breadth of the country. They are active 24X7 to allow greater ease and faster transactions and the uniqueness of the services is its reach, easiness and speed.
New customers can visit any of the Wall Street Exchange branch to complete the registration procedures and receive the Card that will give access to the Wall Street Exchange money transfer service in the MBME CUBE KIOSK’S.
A customer simply inputs their Card number on the KIOSK screen and follows the service instructions. They can select the beneficiary accounts already registered with Wall Street Exchange appearing in the KIOSK. The required transfer amount is inserted via AED notes into the KIOSK to the transfer value required and the transaction is completed with a receipt.
Registered customers no longer need to queue at a counter or even visit a Wall Street Exchange branch to complete their money transfers and simply need to locate the nearest MBME CUBE KIOSK to them. Wall Street Exchange customers can visit the website of the MBME to get the respective locations.
Wall Street Exchange is the first company to offer this facility through the MBME CUBE multi-service KIOSK’S that are located in public places, including all the major Malls, EPPCO-ENOC petrol stations, Union Coop outlets, Safeer and Choithram Supermarkets and Labor camps.
The launch of the kiosks will further increase its branch networks by 40 per cent, from 32 to 45 by the end of the year. The expansion will also involve the increase in the company’s head count by 100 qualified professionals in its payroll.
