The Grand Millennium Dubai will organise a special Roadshow in China from June 9-12, 2015, touching base in two of the most important cities, Beijing and Shanghai, to tap into the high-potential markets.
The Grand Millennium Dubai will organise a special Roadshow in China from June 9-12, 2015, touching base in two of the most important cities, Beijing and Shanghai, to tap into the high-potential markets. Mr. Fares Daghlas, Director of Sales & Marketing, Grand Millennium Dubai, will be attending the show to present the hotel’s facilities to valuable customers as well as to key decision-makers of China’s outbound tourism industry.
Mr. Peter Mansourian, General Manager of Grand Millennium Dubai, said that this four-day sales initiative is aimed at promoting the hotel and its products in China. He expressed confidence that this visit will be helpful in formulating a proactive strategy to build and develop relationships with them.
He added, “During the past few years, we have noticed a substantial increase in the number of tourists from China in particular. This standalone roadshow provides us with a unique networking opportunity to engage face-to-face with the important players of China’s travel and tourism industry, acquaint them with what we have to offer and to discuss mutually beneficial prospects.”
The Grand Millennium Dubai officials will arrive at Grand Millennium Beijing on June 8, where the team will have corporate meet as well as RFP Forum in the morning session of June 9. In the afternoon, they will have table-top presentation with MICE and travel agents, followed by sales calls the next day.
On June 11, the visiting team will have corporate meet as well as RFP Forum at Grand Millennium Shanghai HongQiao in the morning session. The afternoon session will be dedicated to table-top presentation with MICE and Travel Agents. Sales Calls will follow next day.
Ever since the Dubai’s ‘Tourism Vision for 2020’ was announced, significant steps have been taken to achieve the target of attracting 20 million annual visitors by 2020. Chinese visitors make up a major share of the total number of visitors.
