Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid reviews Q1 tourism results

Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Tourism Development Department, reviewed late Tuesday Q1 results of ATDD operational plan 2015.

At a meeting with senior ATDD officials, attended by General Manager Faisal Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid affirmed the importance of compliance with achieving targets of each tourism sector, lauding a major development in ATDD performance following issuing its Strategic Map early in 2015.

ATDD Chairman also highlighted the necessity of encouraging innovation as part of all ATDD daily operations, as well as enhancing knowledge transfer practices among ATDD staffers with the aim of improving operations and upgrading stakeholders’ satisfaction level, especially with regard to ATDD services.

For his part, the ATDD general manager said Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid was always keen on following up work progress in all ATDD projects with the aim of achieving Ajman Vision 2021 targets, noting that the Department ATDD was always adopting best government practices.

During the meeting, ATDD Strategy and Performance Development Office reviewed results of all units, Faisal Al Nuaimi said, adding that the financial report for Q1 was always discussed.

Also, Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid reviewed the executive plan of the second Liwa Ajman Dates Festival and approved ATDD’s Strategic Document and tourism sector statistics for Q1, to be announced on the sidelines of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2015 in Dubai early next month.
