The luxury Palm Jumeirah beach resort, exhibiting at ATM 2015 taking place at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre from 4-7 May, has launched its 2015 Apartment Long Stay Package, which has been uniquely designed with GCC families in mind. Families that prefer the flexibility of furnished apartments, with the benefit of being situated at the heart of a five-star resort, will particularly enjoy its facilities, restaurants, the spa and the beach with an array of watersports.

Valid until the end of the year, guests booking the Apartment Long Stay Package can take advantage of a range of discounted rates. Guests staying for four to six nights can enjoy discounts of 20 per cent; those staying between seven to 29 nights receive a 25 per cent discount; and stays of 30 nights or more will benefit from a 40 per cent discount.

Ideal for families requiring additional space, the apartments, located in the adjacent upscale Anantara Residences, offer a choice of luxuriously furnished one- or two-bedroom accommodation. A home away from home, the apartments offer a full suite of amenities including a state-of-the-art kitchen, dedicated dining space, 42-inch LED televisions and private parking.

“In the last 12 months we have seen a 35 per cent increase in guests from Saudi Arabia and 30 per cent from Kuwait, with the UAE and Qatar also providing consistent room night demand.”

The Apartment Long Stay Special is valid until 31st December 2015 and is priced from AED 945* for a One Bedroom Apartment, up to AED 1,830* for a Two Bedroom Apartment with Luxury Terrace. *Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 10% municipality fee.
