His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, attended the 21^st Business Excellence Awards ceremony hosted by the Department of Economic Development (DED) in Dubai at Sheikh Rashid Hall, Dubai World Trade Centre on 20^th April 2015 to honor the 54 awardees of Dubai Quality Awards (DQA), Dubai Human Development Award (DHDA) and Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) for outstanding pursuit of excellence during 2014. The event was attended by top government officials, industry leaders and other special invitees. His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid awarded SAMSONITE the ‘Best Service Performance Brand’ in ‘General Retail’ category under the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme and presented the award to Ms. Suha Abu Issa, Retail Director and Ms. Nuha Abu Issa, Marketing Director of Grand Stores.
