Dalma Mall – one of the most preferred shopping, retail and entertainment destinations in Mussafah Abu Dhabi, has taken its experiential activities to a whole new level by going live on Social Media. Upping the interactivity quotient, the Mall has taken the shopping experience to a whole new level by bringing in a slew of engaging content, interactive competitions and giveaways, across many different platforms on Social Media. Using interesting content and conversation, Dalma Mall has remained true to its goals of making its customers the central focus of all its activities.

Dalma Mall’s presence on Social Media has found manifestation across three channels: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. On Facebook, Dalma Mall has been involved in promoting its many stores and events, while also hosting interesting competitions and giveaways. On Twitter, the focus remains steadfast in engaging conversations with their users.

Instagram remains their pictorial hub, and is presently the centre of attraction with their current competition: The Best Collage competition, where people are invited to send in collages of their favorite places or experiences, with the hashtag #dalmasocial, to win prizes.
