Experience A New Feast This Ramadan with Clé Dubai
With the arrival of Clé Dubai in November 2014, this Ramadan will be a little easier for those looking for genuine, high end Arabic Iftar or Suhoor.
With the arrival of Clé Dubai in November 2014, this Ramadan will be a little easier for those looking for genuine, high end Arabic Iftar or Suhoor.
Created with love, Greg Malouf and the Clé team have curated an exciting menu for friends and families, drawing from their Middle Eastern roots and experience with the ever-present Western touch. Malouf mentioned,‘I’ve always wanted to cook food, which for me, captures the essence of the Middle East and expresses it in the best Western tradition’ and this is exactly what you can expect from their first Ramadan spread.
Starting from sunset, guests can enjoy a three course menu for AED 180 per person that offers a range of Middle Eastern specialties including salmon and prawn tagine, Ma’hanie Sausage with Harissa potatoes and the traditional Katayef. Keeping tabs on the temperature, expect to find Malouf’s light and delicious summer tabbouleh salad with the right amount of citrus to help you beat the heat and humidity (and also allows more room for plenty of Turkish delight tarts!). Greg and team will also be offering the famous ‘Malouf’s Ouzi’ a scrumptious stuffed lamb with dried nuts and herbs, served with a side of rice sprinkled with a pinch of cinnamon. If the menu wasn’t tempting enough, don’t forget to leave some room for the traditional Baklava or Kanefa with melted sweet cheese, served warm with a drizzle of syrup – the sweetest end to any meal. Iftar menu will be available until 9.30pm, followed by our a la carte menu that will be available until 11.30pm
Whether you are breaking fast or an expat just looking to experience one of the oldest Middle Eastern religious customs, visit Clé Dubai to revel in some of the tastiest Arabic inspired food in town.
