Ajman tourism roadshow to China concludes activities

As part of the promotional tour, Ajman delegation, led by ATDD General Manager Faisal Al Nuaimi, also visited the Chinese cities of Guangzhou and Shanghai.
UAE Ambassador in Beijing Omar Ahmed Al Bitar witnessed the concluding session, with a large number of Chinese tourism industry representatives attending.
Addressing the attendees, Al Bitar lauded the strength of UAE-Chinese relations in the various fields and the keenness of both sides on enhancing fruitful cooperation within a framework of mutual understanding and appreciation.
The senior UAE diplomat also talked about Ajman and his early personal memories about the emirate.
Noting that he had received HH Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, in Beijing a few years ago, Al Bitar said HH the ruler affirmed that the Government of Ajman were exerting strenuous efforts to achieve sustainable development in the emirate.
By the end of the session, Al Bitar received a copy of Ajman Encyclopedia from the ATDD general manager.
Ajman’s delegation to China organized more than 200 meetings with tourism industry representatives, in addition to a number of interviews with the media. The delegation included representatives for a number of hotels, including Ajman Saray, Kempinski Ajman, the Ajman Palace, Fairmont Ajman, Ramada Beach, Ramada Hotel and Suites and the Crown Palace, in addition to a number of travel agencies.
