The Capital’s largest apart-hotel Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan, celebrates their first anniversary in the region throughout the month of October 2015. The four-star property complex boasts 279 apartments that include: 70 studios,112 one-bedroom, 56 two-bedroom and 41 three-bedroom.

Over the past year Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan has achieved great results with nearly 75% occupancy average over the year. The Adagio Al Bustan is accessible to the Novotel through a series of enclosed footbridges giving access to the 361-room hotel and all of its facilities of which nearly 50% of the Adagio guests have frequented.

All of the units are ‘ready to live in’ with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Modern décor and ambience is visible throughout the living space and bathroom. The average length of stay in the property is 28 days; GCC and UAE residents are the top of the guest list, shortly followed by US nationals, the French, English and the fifth most popular visitors are the Austrians.
