In a step that reinforces its commitment to the community, Dalma Mall, one of the most preferred shopping, retail and entertainment destinations in Mussafah, received the children and team from Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs, the Abu Dhabi-based umbrella establishment that provides services to rehabilitate disabled people in the society.
During the visit, the children and delegation from Zayed Higher Organization toured the mall. The children also enjoyed the various fun rights and games activities in the mall. The visit is part of Dalma Mall’s initiative to lend a supporting hand to unprivileged sections of the society and building an inclusive and cohesive community that cares for the welfare of all sections.
The children were received by the Dalma Mall Management. The mall aims to further strengthen such outreach activities in the UAE as part of a concerted corporate social responsibility mandate to help the underprivileged sections.
Bhupinder Singh, General Manager & CFO, said: “At Dalma Mall, the focus on the CSR is not ancillary to the main aims, but rather, one of the core values that form a large part of its overarching mission and philosophy. Dalma Mall believes firmly in the fact that we are all a part of this community and society and we consider ourselves responsible for its development, care and well-being. This visit by Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs was a step in this direction. The ZHO is doing a great service to the society, and we aim to support such efforts and make meaningful difference to community.”
He added: “We would like to thank our customers and retail partners in the Mall for their cooperation and support in this initiative.”
Dalma Mall currently has more than 400 brands, offering the best of international brands and lifestyle choices for its discerning customers.
