Dubai’s most loved Italian restaurant Casa Mia at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre has successfully completed 22 years in a city that is best known for its quickly evolving gastronomic scene. Casa Mia is popular among true Italian food lovers, and those who simply enjoy a delicious wholesome meal.
The theme for the Summit this year is ‘authentic home-style cooking infused with organic ingredients’. The hotel will be flying down the Michelin Star Chef, Roberto Franzin who will create an A La Carte menu (4 dishes) which will be complemented with the finest grapes from Tenuta L’ Impostino from the Tuscani region in Italy – (2 varieties of red and a white).
Guest Chef Roberto Franzin and Chef Maurzzio will combine their skillful mastery to create the most phenomenal dishes for the palate of the diners. Guests will have the option to choose dishes from the Michelin Star Chef’s Menu as well as the restaurant’s regular menu. During this time, Casa Mia will also house a pop-up Mercato (market) at the Terrace to display and sell organic produce such as seasonal fruits & vegetables, Italian cheeses etc
Shortly after the Italian World Cuisine Summit, Casa Mia will throw open celebrations for their 22nd anniversary on November 10th (7:30PM to 11PM) with a 5-course dinner paired with a selection of the best Italian grapes for AED 480 nett per person .
Italian cuisine enthusiasts will be in for an additional treat as food writer – Maurizzo Pelli will be signing the cookbook and giving away a gift basket with several ingredients used in the recipes.
