Dubai-based regional food & beverage platform eathos has opened its second Kababji Lebanese food outlet in the UAE following the recent, successful launch of its inaugural outlet at Dubai Marina Promenade and the company says there’s more to come this year.
The second Kababji restaurant has opened in Deira’s Al Ghurair Centre as eathos CEO Faysal Younes says the brand’s f&b strategy for the UAE will focus heavily on serving local communities.
“The fact is that lifestyles continue to evolve here in the Emirates. More women are working and people are looking for new places to eat out, or to order for delivery, as well as focusing more on concepts that serve healthy, quality cuisine which better satisfies the increasing desire for wellness. Kababji continuously fits these culinary aspirations.
“It seems that people are also looking for the convenience of dining within the communities they live, shop, exercise and work. Deira has a distinct footprint all of its own, and one that is heavily influenced by the Arab demographic that Kababji can serve particularly well.”
The Kababji restaurant corner site on Al Ghurair Centre’s ground floor seats more than 60 diners, with the outdoor terrace catering more than 50. The contemporary-design restaurant also features Kababji’s signature live kitchen and charcoal oven where the brand’s award-winning grills are cooked to order in front of diners. The restaurant provides free delivery to a wide area in Deira including the densely populated Port Saeed, Al Rigga, Al Muraqabat and Al Garhoud districts.
Next up on eathos’ Kababji expansion is the UAE capital with plans for its first Kababji Express in the Emirates opening in the upscale Galleria Mall on Al Maryah Island by the end of the first quarter of 2016.
