A seamless balance of wellness and indulgence, the fresh seasonal menu is now available in all cafés across the UAE.
The innovative and enticing winter menu has been carefully curated by Bateel’s award-winning executive chef Jean-Luc Vila, offering a culinary celebration of the finest seasonal ingredients and flavors drawing influence from dynamic Mediterranean cuisine. From breakfast to a nourishing lunch or an indulgent dinner, Café Bateel’s fresh seasonal menu will leave guests truly satisfied with every bite. Highlights include The Bateel Açai Bowl which boasts homemade honey coated granola, with fresh ripe banana, raspberries, kiwi, and blueberries, dusted with coconut flakes and served with Chef Jean-Luc’s açai sorbet, an alternative way to savour the superfood. Whilst the Tiger Prawn Linguini combines organic homemade pasta with flawlessly herbed and spiced tiger prawns, cherry tomatoes and a delicate crab bisque, finished with a squeeze of lemon and touch of basil – sure to be a firm favorite with Café Bateel’s loyal guests. Diners looking for rustic winter delight can’t miss the Braised Beef Short Rib served with Greek mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, seasonal root vegetables and sautéed kale. For those with a sweet tooth, Café Bateel offers four new seasonal treats including the Lemon Slice – white chocolate and vanilla mascarpone on a biscuit base, topped with a lemon ganache and almond glaze.
