Rove Hotels makes education fun with STEM Saturday Camps for kids

This Saturday, from 9AM to 12:30PM, Rove will host STEM Camps for Kids, providing an extensive range of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math-based programmes for children aged between 5 to 11.

In line with its ongoing efforts to make a worthwhile impact on the local community through positive, beneficial initiatives, Rove has partnered with STEM for Kids to host STEM Saturday Camps at Rove Downtown. The camps are designed to offer highly flexible and engaging programmes that focus on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) for 5 to 11-year-olds.

STEM for Kids was established in USA in 2010 and began its Dubai operations in 2015. It has since become a premier educator of STEM principles in the region. The programmes are created by engineers, educators and industry insiders to deliver a unique hands-on approach that makes learning fun and highly engaging for kids. Through the STEM camps, Rove aims to highlight how important it is for children to learn scientific principles that can be applied to real-life scenarios.   

The STEM activities will cover a range of disciplines such as Civil & Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Environmental Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Programming Robotics and much more! The activities will allow young participants to experience a whole new world where they will solve real life challenges, get exposed to the latest technology, and learn about important STEM principles in an exciting way, this Saturday, 1st December.
