The warmth and comforts of home with a touch of flair and fantasy are coming to Bistrot Bagatelle’s doors this Christmas and Chef Timothy Newton and his talented team will be cooking up something extra special! Brace yourself and your taste buds for the Ballotine de Dinde au Fois Gras, Pomme Purée à la Truffle Noire, Bagatelle’s twist on the classic turkey dish. Available only from December 24th to 26th, this show stopper is stuffed with foie gras and complemented with everyone’s favourite duo, mashed potatoes and truffle. Sounds too delicious to be true, but we’re here to tell you it is.
