Distinctive festive celebrations at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is set to light up at the turn of the year with a fine collection of gastronomic promotions across the hotel, geared to create unforgettable memories for the citizens, residents and visitors of the UAE capital. Set amidst lush, tranquil gardens, the hotel will transform with twinkling lights and seasonal decorations bringing the magic and wonder of the festive season to life, accompanied by unparalleled luxury and warm hospitality.

The much-awaited Yule Log Market is set to return at the Dolce Café from 8 December 2018, whilst the legendary Gingerbread House Decorating Classes commence from 9 December 2018. Not to be missed at the Italian-style café is the Festive Dinner take away, which combines an appetizing feast filled with holiday-dinner specials. Guests looking to satisfy their festive cravings can also head to Alba, the hotel’s elegant lobby lounge where they can indulge in the exclusive Festive Afternoon Tea from 10 December 2018 onwards, served alongside delectable sweet and savory petit fours.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner options will be available across four of the hotel’s restaurants, making The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal the ideal setting for festive celebrations. The Forge, the award-winning steakhouse will serve a bespoke five-course dinner menu on 24 and 25 December 2018 serving prime cuts from around the world, with an à la carte option available as well.  Giornotte, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant will return with its acclaimed Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch. Guests can look forward to feasting on signature favorites along with live cooking stations, seafood and oyster bars, yule logs and mince pies, to name just a few dishes on offer. Children will be delighted to meet Santa Claus making rounds during the brunch, along with a magician showcasing his quirkiest tricks.

The hotel’s contemporary Arabic restaurant, Mijana, will celebrate Christmas Eve Dinner in presence of a live Oud player, set to transform the atmosphere while guests savor hearty Lebanese dishes. Adding a South-East Asian touch to Christmas celebrations, Li Jiang, will serve a Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner with a la carte menus serving a smorgasbord of Pan Asian cuisines ranging from Vietnamese and Chinese to Malaysian and Singaporean.
