Popular Kerala fusion band Masala Coffee brings its spicy mix of music to Dubai

Known as amongst India’s most exciting bands today, the popular Malayalam live band “Masala Coffee” comprising eight young musicians is heading to Dubai for a scintillating performance. The fusion band will be belting out their hit Malayalam and Tamil numbers to a packed audience on Friday, 21^st December at Al Nasr Leisure land in Dubai.

The group with over 300 performances in India and abroad and various film projects, play alternative rock and folk music mainly but are experimentative and bring out different genres with quite an ease. Masala Coffee’s eclectic blend of musical stylings weave together Carnatic music, bhangra, Indian folk, hip hop, funk, and jazz among others.

Among its hits are popular folk song Kantha, as well as original compositions such as Once Upon A Time In Punjab and Karikkinpattu.
