IIM-Indore launches programme for working professionals in Dubai in association with Anisuma Training Institute

India’s premier business school, the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, has launched its flagship executive programme for the working professionals in the UAE. Designed and delivered by IIM-Indore in association with Anisuma Training Institute, the 22 days comprehensive programme will be delivered over the next 8 months.
Established last year, Anisuma Training Institute is Jacky’s Group of Companies’ addition to UAE’s growing education sector. Committed to the idea of providing quality education for the working professionals, the institute has already delivered executive programmes in association with premium management schools in 2018.
“We at Anisuma have successfully held General Management programmes with IIM before and are very excited to launch the executive programmme with IIM-Indore. Our mission is development of human capital by creating and delivering career development programs in partnership with leading educational institutes of the world. Coming October we will be introducing the strategic marketing and communications management programme by MICA, while the discussions are underway to bring offerings of other world-class institutes to Dubai”, said Mr. Mahesh Chotrani, Asst. Vice President, Jacky’s Electronics and Founder Director, Anisuma Training Institute.
The programme by IIM-Indore is uniquely designed to inculcate strong conceptual frameworks in Business and Management Skills by judiciously mixing classroom contact with group discussions and networking with practical frameworks which can be applied at the workplace. The programme will be delivered on 2 days (Fri-Sat) every month on pre-announced dates in Dubai, UAE, with the last module (5 days) of the programme to be delivered at the IIM-Indore Campus in India.
“Since the batch capacity is limited, only 40 professionals will be selected to take up the programme. Candidates’ selection will be based on their academic background and professional experience, while the application will be reviewed by the executive committee before assigning the seat”, added Chotrani.

He further added, “The world of business is constantly evolving, and for career-enhancement it is imperative to stay on top by understanding and applying those changes; this is where mid-career education is not just important but sometimes necessary”.
The General Management Programme at Anisuma has been designed accordingly; it’s intensive, practical and relevant to current business climate. The program is unique and exclusively designed to meet the needs of UAE professionals while keeping in mind their ever demanding work situation. For practical purposes the classes will be held one-weekend every month and all the sessions will be face-to-face with IIM-Indore faculty members who will be flying from India to conduct the programme.
The certificate program is open to all nationalities with minimum 5 years of professional experience and have earned at least a Bachelor’s degree. On successful completion of the programme, the participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion of General Management Programme for Executives and will be eligible for Executive Alumni Status of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Indore. The programme is delivered by the faculty of the IIM-Indore, comprising a rich mix of distinguished academicians and researchers who have extensive work experience in the private and public sector.
