Savoye to highlight how to choose the right WMS in a constantly evolving market and how to improve logistics performance through automation and robotics
Savoye, a leading customised global logistics solution engineering company, announced its participation for the first time at Materials Handling Middle East Show 2021. The event is set to take place from 2 to 4 November at Dubai Exhibition Centre co-located with Hypermotion at the Expo 2020 Dubai, in HALL 1, Savoye stand 1-B12.
Savoye is taking the event as an opportunity to display its powerful solutions for the Middle East logistics and supply chain sector aimed at creating interest and synergising with other players in the sector. The company will showcase its automated solutions for intralogistics and other leading software which include Goods-To-Person system (GTP) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR).
Alain Kaddoum, Managing Director of Savoye Middle East said: “Savoye has been providing autonomous hardware and software solutions to the intralogistics and supply chain groups for years. Since we recently expanded into the Middle East, it is a wonderful opportunity for us to participate in the Materials Handling Middle East show and showcase our unique solutions to industry experts and prospects.”
GTP and AMR were especially chosen to be introduced at the event to bring insight into Savoye technologies and innovative prowess in intralogistics. Savoye will display a demo system of their key automated system: X-PTS goods-to-person solution as well as their specialised ODATiO software solution Warehouse Management Systems and Transport Management Systems. The rest of Savoye’s product line such as packing machines will be presented through videos and documentations during the event.
Sanil Gopi, Regional Software Sales Manager at Savoye is lined up to speak at the event during the Tech Talk panel session to discuss ‘Process Automation: How to choose the right WMS in a constantly evolving market’. Alain Kaddoum, on the other hand, will talk about ‘Automation strategies to manage growth in ecommerce fulfilment’ as well as lead at another slated session on November 4 regarding the topic ‘Software and Robotics: Reimagining the supply chain to enhance resilience’.
Alain Kaddoum commented: “We take this privilege to create interest and synergise with other businesses through showcasing our products at the event. Some of the key changes affecting warehouses are the increase in the number of distribution channels, the diversification of order profiles and the automation of processes. They require a completely integrated, comprehensive, modular and future-ready Warehouse Management Solution, which can adapt to different transformations taking place within the business.
There has been an increase in demands in the supply chain sector in the Middle East, and while the industry has been adapting to the digital transformation, as a solution provider, we are stepping into the game to help businesses and companies meet the demands and needs through our world-class intralogistics solutions.”
