A touch of Gatsby glamour will set the scene for an unforgettable evening, complete with live entertainment, a decadent five course meal and a host of exhilarating entertainment. 

Dance under the stars and delve into URLA’s delectable NYE menu, complete with gourmet Osetra Caviar Brioche, Crystal Anchovies with Red Pepper Sorbet, a Red Prawn Trilogy and a range of sharing plates, perfect for both larger groups and couples. With a host of speciality items to savour, guests can sample Iberian Cured Beef or Meza Bartina with crunchy anise bread, zucchini, carrot and cajun. For the main event, guests may choose from Braised Wagyu Beef Rib, with a silky orzo risotto, wild mushroom and a rich beef reduction, or URLA’s signature Grilled Turbot, served with a pea puree and baby vegetables. End the experience on a sweet note with an indulgent Golden Chocolate Delight featuring candied chestnut, forest fruits, chocolate leaves and a dreamy silken chocolate sauce, followed by warm winter beverages and artisan petit fours. The finest beverages will be flowing all evening, with sparkling presented on arrival and at midnight, to toast the year 2022.
