Razan Al Mubarak Addresses Global Resilience Forum, Calling for Step Up of Climate Resilience-building Efforts

Her Excellency Razan Khalifa Al Mubarak, UN Climate Change High-Level Champion for COP28 and President of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, delivered a keynote speech on the need for public and private sector collaboration and development of climate-resilient cities at Global Resilience Forum hosted by the Dubai Police and the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). She spoke at the opening plenary alongside Mami Mizutori, Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Disaster Risk Reduction and head of UNDRR.
