Planet Terra presents an indulgent vegan dinner this New Year’s Eve

For Dubai diners looking to bring 2023 to a close with a peaceful, intimate celebration with family and friends, vegan restaurant Planet Terra presents a delicious plant-based dinner menu this New Year’s Eve.

Taking place on December 31 from 7pm – 9pm, Planet Terra’s year-end dinner welcomes all ages to its branch in The Greens – perfect for those looking for a relaxing evening complete with a vegan feast that sees all dishes and beverages prepared from scratch in-house, with no artificial sweeteners, no refined sugars, and no GMOs.

The six-course dining experience is priced at AED 220 for a six-course menu with water, AED 250 for a six-course menu with two cozy drinks (Pumpkin Spice latte, Mulled Wine, or Hot Chocolate), AED 300 for a set menu with two glasses of organic non- alcoholic white or red wine, or AED 325 for a set menu with two glasses of organic non-alcoholic Sparkling Wine. For children, there’s a special package priced at AED 60 per child, which includes one main from the kids’ menu, a hot chocolate and a Christmas cookie. Pre-booking is required.

To begin the plant-based New Year’s Eve dinner, roasted beet rolls with homemade blue cheese and carrot tuille will be served as the amuse bouche, followed by a starter of wild mushroom tartare with ‘holly-andaise’, tomato caviar and microgreens.

A palate cleanser of cucumber, kiwi, mint and ginger granita comes next, ensued by a choice of main course – options include sweet potato roulade with cranberry jus and asparagus, or the ‘not so wellington’ made with seitan, duxelles, parsnip puree, potato gratin, ‘bay-con’ and jus.

A duo of dessert brings 2023’s final meal to an extra sweet close. Poached pears with spiced cacao soil and vanilla ice cream are first to arrive, followed by an after-dessert of dark chocolate and espresso truffle.

Bookings for Planet Terra’s New Year’s Eve dinner at its branch in The Greens are now open, and essential. Dinner reservations can be made between 7pm – 9pm – Planet Terra will close at 10.30pm.

Planet Terra is located on the Ground Floor of Panorama Building, The Greens, Dubai, UAE, and on the Ground Floor of Ibis World Trade Centre Hotel, Dubai, UAE. Both branches are open daily from 7.30am till 10.30pm for dine-in, takeaway or delivery via Deliveroo.
