Each Sunday Tribeca showcases its ‘Retro Sunday Roast’, an evening encompassing a good old fashioned roast dinner and the classic songs played on Vinyl brought to you by Vinyl Lounge.
The roast dinner is served just like it would be at your grandma’s house, on a pretty retro plate, a generous serving of tender meat and a side of organic vegetables. To make the meal more hearty and healthy, Tribeca has replaced the usual roasted potatoes with succulent sweet potatoes, making it a must have dish.

Dubai is restoring a love for Vinyl and this growing trend is something that the Vinyl Lounge duo has always had a strong passion for. When music transformed to digital, it made access to everyone’s favourite songs easy and quick, but in order to do this digital audio has to be compressed so that it can be put on an mp3 or phone. However, with Vinyl you don’t get that compression, which ensures you get the audio exactly how the artist intended you to hear it, in all its glory.
