The time of abundant blessings, spiritual cleansing, and delicious food is here! However, Ramadan could be a challenging period for people fasting as the food intake and lifestyle habits could get out of control and result in poor health. To ease and aid people who are fasting this Ramadan, the Modern Pan-Asian Restaurant, Mogao in Dubai Silicon Oasis, is bringing a specially curated Iftar Menu in collaboration with healthcare advisory from the F&B team at Fakeeh University Hospital to make sure people breaking fasts get all the necessary nutrients and keep fasting without having to worry about their health. Indulge in an elaborate 6-course menu where you break your fast with succulent dates and juice followed by a flavorful Tom Kha Soup – a Vegetable Thai Coconut Soup. Choose one each from an array of selection of Starters or Dimsums, Sushi, Salad, Mains, and a Dessert. The Iftar Menu is priced at AED 120 per person and will be available from sunset till 8:30 pm throughout the Holy Month.
Few menu highlights include dishes such as Classic Thai Beef Skewers, Tsukune, Crystal Veg Dumplings, Chicken and Mushroom Dumplings in Starters, California Roll and Avo Mango Roll in Sushi, Thai Style Fruit Salad, Horenso Gomaae Salad, Kale & Quinoa Salad, Moyashi Salad in Salads, Veg Aromatic Curry, Steam Fish, Stir-Fry Beef in Dragon Fruit Sheel and Black Pepper Chicken in Mains and lastly Tahini Miso Brownie, Coconut Passion and Pistachio Moss in Dessert.
